Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Minnesota Gymnastics - Men's Scholarship Foundation to recognize, motivate and assist student/athletes that excel in both the gym and the classroom. Recognition of scholastic and athletic achievement is a key element for building confidence and goal setting in young gymnasts. Motivating them through meaningful recognition will result in higher standards and dedication to achieve both academic and gymnastic excellence.
The Foundation, with the guidance and support of the Minnesota State USAG Men's Gymnastics and in partnership with USA Gymnastics National Headquarters, has developed a Student/Athlete Scholarship Awards Program that will financially assist and encourage young USAG gymnasts to continue advanced developmental training without jeopardizing their eligibility for future collegiate scholarship awards.
