Eligibility
Recipients of this Award Program must meet the following criteria:
- Gymnasts must be currently enrolled in a Minnesota USAG Club program, competing between levels 8 to 10;
- Gymnasts must have earned at least 3.5 GPA in their previous school year and received the Minnesota Academic Award.
Award
Up to 100% of the Tuition paid for twelve months will be reimbursed beginning on the first month of the year following the year of the Scholarship Award qualification.
The amount reimbursed is based on the balance of funds in the Scholarship Award Account at the beginning of the competitive year.
The amount may be increased during the year by the Foundation based on the success of the Fund Raising Programs and Donations received.
How it works
Gymnasts meeting the criteria above will pay their monthly tuition as usual and should receive a Tuition Payment Receipt from their Club.
This receipt is sent to USA Gymnastics for processing and the reimbursement check is mailed to the student/athlete within a month.
